Υπόθεση:
A powerful and touching story of a young French boy and the world which seams to be at odds with him. Misunderstandings and strife culminate as the boy draws further and futher from the people around him. His overbearing father cannot understand his behaviour and does not know how to help him. His mother is equally confused but far more compassionate and tender towards the boy. Eventually the boy runs away from home for a night with one of his school companions and the pair get involved in some serious mischief. After returning to school the following day the authorities are waiting.As in all Truffuat films he masterly directs his young actor. Powerful, tender, and often overwhelmingly sad, a truly wonderful movie about the pains and sorrows of leaving boyhood and becoming a man.
